Part of Homeward, By Antler & Earth follows a girl making her way through the quiet wood on the back of an elk, guided by the hope that somewhere beyond the trees, her sister is finding her way home too.
This piece was inspired by my own experience of missing my sister and wishing there weren’t so many miles between us. I wanted to capture that particular kind of longing for someone you love from afar and the joy of finally going home again.
By Antler & Earth is designed as a companion to By Feather & Sky, with each print following one sister on her own journey home to the other.
